I'm not poor, I'm not Republican and I'm certainly not artistic, but it's lonely being the only person in your tribe so I thought I would join anyway.

Hey, that's not very nice. I'm not a Democrat, I'm Libertarian.

There is more than just two political parties out there. :)

Hi Larry, I am also a Libertarian. What are the odds? Hummmmmm

Thanks girl for the invite. My lucky number is three and it looks like I am the third to join. Now Larry will not have to be so lonesome.

I'm not a Republican but more of a Constitutionalist or possibly Socialist Anarchist if that could be used to describe the political views of my ancestor for whom I am named, Thomas Jefferson. Would I qualify?

Unfortunately I am against corporate excesses, trashing the environment for profit and instead favor power to the workers who bust their balls to create cool things. Perhaps that makes me a leftist?

I pass the poor test and I think I can pass the visual artist test also, but you can tell me. Check out my cartoons:

The Rogar cartoons in particular I call attention to as I did the series while I was doing social activism type stuff.

Not all fancy artist types think of me as an artist, alas.

I may just stay long enough to raise my fist in solidarity and then sneak out but wish you the best since the purpose is to determine if there are other poor artists.

All this rich and powerful members are making me uncomfortable. I hope they won't make us poor folks do all the heavy lifting.

Yeah, but just think. With that bundle of minimum wages, you can get a coffee or even TWO!

Don't know what state you live in V, but here min. wage would buy you a nice meal out of the dumpsters.

I never eat long pig out of the dumpster. You don't know where it's been.

My cousin says that she was once served long pig at a restaurant in Chicago owned by gangster types. She took one bite and stopped because it was 'too sweet' and had suspcious looking hair on the skin. This was back in the 1930s.

Hups, I was thinking Jimmy Hoffa until I read 1930.

I didn't realize that I should state my talents. I write but am too afraid to send anything in to be looked at. Just call me chicken.

I also draw but not seriously. After years of dabblings in this and that, I finally realized that what I like the most is writing.

Now would someone twist my arm and make me send something in for approval or rejection? Otherwise, I will never know.
